Mine was accepted then deleted, I resubmitted it and they accepted it again. It's probably the difference in opinion between the moderators seeing as how they haven't been able to work out an acceptable use policy for nude art.
EDIT: Removed again. It seems the policy is to delete them, but why accept them then in the first place?
